On Sunday, March 23, 2025, we will celebrate another of our chapter’s great traditions, a BYOW Vintage Bordeaux Dinner. Our chapter used to do hold these events on the 10th anniversary of an excellent Bordeaux vintage. It was always a popular event with quite a bit of Bordeaux being consumed and passed around for tasting at other tables. We were planning to do one in 2020 celebrating the 2010 vintage, but Covid intervened. Now in 2025, will shall honor the 2010 and the 2015 vintages.

Please bring one (1) bottle per person of Grand Cru quality. https://www.winespectator.com/articles/the-1855-bordeaux-classification-3491 This will ensure that in addition to the champagne, white and dessert wines from our cellars, that members and guests will have the opportunity to taste many of the producers from these two great vintages.

Bistro d’Azur pays homage to the culture and cuisine of Southern France using the freshest locally sourced ingredients to express the diverse flavors of the Cote d’Azur. Chef Richard Krug and the officers have a tremendous menu in store for us. We have room for guests at this event.
