Viva La Chaîne!

We opened our new Chaine dining season on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at F1rst Restaurant in Hawthorne, N.J.

F1rst is a seasonal New American dining experience was led by Chef Adam Weiss. Weiss is a veteran of Esty Street in its heyday. New Jersey Monthly called F1rst a "first-class dining experience," and it received the 2024 OpenTable Diners' Choice Award based on consistent five-star reviews. It has also received the Manning Viscomi/Caruso seal of approval!

Champagne Reception at 5 PM; four-course dinner commences at 5:30 PM.
